今天是 R U Ok Day.

今天是我们关心别人的日子。

不管他她是不是你的亲人、朋友、同事，还是完全陌生的人，

关心别人, 聆听他人的心声，适时的开导他人，分担他人的担忧和不快的经历是一件有意义的事情。

有的时候，就因为我们的一点关心，就可以让一些对生活绝望，感觉活着毫无意义的人有一丝的希望，感觉人间还有温情，从而避免他们一时因心结打不开而走上绝路。

上个月清明才过

细雨纷纷

断魂的是路上行人

下个月曾经飞雪

感天动地

昭雪的是窦娥之冤

   

五月是什么月

不是细雨

没有断魂

仰望天色的人说

我们等待一阵强风

五月是什么月

不曾飞雪

谁是窦娥

但没有人忘记

那个从楼上坠落的身影

咬紧人心

五月是什么月

我不知道

我只看到

平地刮起的强风

推着睡醒的人追逐阳光

顺路为冤魂追讨旧债

五月是什么月

我真的不知道

我只觉得从此以后

这片天空不准贪婪任意塗鸦

这块土地不许奸诈随便践踏

请给 Matthew 一个 ” like " !

今早在上班途中，听到电台播放一段很感人的故事。

这是一个真人真事。

视频里这位小小的男孩今年只有 5 岁，他叫 Jack，来自澳洲黄金海岸。

两年前，他因为肾脏和心脏衰竭被紧急送到医院接受治疗。

他跟病魔搏斗了一年才等到肾脏捐献者，从而得到重生。

当他知道在地球的另一边的英国有个小男孩 Matthew 也在等待肾脏捐献者后，

他通过视频给Matthew 精神上的鼓励和信心。

年纪小小的他竟然能说出那么感人肺腑的话，真让人感动。

Matthew 设立一个面子书网页，希望能得到一百万个 " like ", 鼓励他、支持他。

希望大家能踊跃的给这个需要关心的孩子一个 "  like “ 给他温馨的鼓励，

让他更有信心的在艰辛的路途上继续勇敢的走下去。

A message from 5-year-old Jack Scoble. A kidney transplant survivor.

He nearly died 2-years ago when he was rushed to hospital dying from heart and kidney failure.

He got his kidney and he is now doing well.

Then he heard about Matthew Pietrzyk. A little boy in the UK who is very ill and needs a kidney.

Matthew has set up a Facebook page asking for 1-million likes. 1-million supporters. He has currently 66,000.

So little Jack Scoble on the Gold Coast set out to help. He made a video supporting him and sending advice. This video is extraordinary.

A 5-year-old boy sits in front of the camera and chats like a television veteran.

You have seen bits of it perhaps but it is worth listening to every word.

Remember..This is a 5-year-old who has had a kidney transplant sending a message to another child on the other side of the world who is waiting for one.

If that doesn’t bring us all back to earth after a week of political sniping.

And overwhelming self-interest then nothing does.
